Shipping Videos are sent via air mail for a flat charge of 3,000 YEN (approx. US$23.3) regardless of the number of videos you order. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. Your privacy is respected and all videos are sent in plain unmarked packaging. We are not responsible for customs duties or taxes that may be levied by the government and agencies in your country. We are also not responsible nor do we provide refunds for shipments that are held, confiscated, altered, or destroyed by customs or other agencies in your country. Payment We accept payment by VISA, Mastercard and Diners. Your credit card is charged in Japanese YEN and is converted to your local currency by your credit card company at its exchange rate on the transaction date. You can get an approximation of the charge in your local currency by using the CURRENCY CONVERTER. Returns We cannot refund your money after we have delivered the videos to you. However, if you have received a defective or damaged product, please inform us and we will replace it after you have returned the defective or damaged product(s) to us.
